I had a wonderful experience at Hoy Fox Toyota in El Paso Texas last week. Being a First time car buyer is difficult especially if nobody is with you but they made the business easy and fun.I got to experience to test drive the car that I wanted, they give you time to think, they give you personal tips on how to handle the car. Mr. Casares, the employee who patiently explained in detailed the all-abouts of Toyota Rav4 is awesome.He is very enthusiastic and did a really excellent job in his task. I also appreciate Mr. Mathew's versatility and kindness. He helped me to get an affordable full coverage insurance. These 2 employees are new in the area but incredibly great in this business. I would be recommending Hoy Fox Toyota (Gateway West, El Paso) to my friends and families!

I deploy soon and am turning in my lease. Scott not only faxed my orders for me, but also stood out in the rain getting soaked in his suit so that he could take a look at my car and make sure everything was good to be turned in. I've worked in custmer service for many years and scott ian example of someone who goes above and beyond. As soon as I get back from deployment ill be seeing him for a new car.

My dad wanted to buy a new car for me because he was worried about me driving my old car in El Paso where I don't have any family. So we checked out lots of dealers and everyone was nice, but we picked this one because they had a large selection of Toyota Corollas. In the end, I traded in my car and bought a new Corolla from them. Sal (& Sergio, who assisted him) were both very nice. The only thing with Sal is that he talks a bit too much sometimes, but I think he was just trying to keep the conversation going. He is a really friendly person who makes you feel welcomed. Whenever I've called, they pick up or have transferred my call (which does take forever...). So far, everything's gone smoothly. We'll see how my maintenance and repairs get handled and see if they deserve 5 stars.

David has commented several times since yesterday how professional and great everyone was there. The car has impressed him even more. He is absolutely sure I found and chose the right one! I already knew that, of course, which is why I chose it. He is a little harder to convince because he prefers buying American. His most astounding comment was, "no wonder they are kicking the American auto dealers' butt, from product, service and staff, everyone is top-notch".
Thanks again for making my car buying experience an excellent one! I especially appreciated the way the on-line shopping is handled. As a consumer, I enjoyed not being swarmed by salesman knowing I had a contact when I arrived. I was also impressed by Lonnie immediately letting John know I was there. Although you must compete for your sales, it showed the respect your sales staff has for each other, in spite of having to compete for sales in today's market.
